Circadian Contraptions Day 110

Walking through town today I saw 2 old fashioned statues on the wall of a store. The setting was rather nice, but the characters looked rather grim, so I decided to modify things to give it a bit more character.

Circadian Contraptions Day 109

Recently I got my hands on 2 geodes. With the help of my neighbour we cut them open and made a bunch of slices from them. One has already been made into an actual necklace, but I wanted to do something with the rest of them. Included here is both the amulet I’ve made with … Continue reading »

Circadian Contraptions Day 107

2 day’s ago I mixed two photographs into a single one, today I wanted to take it one step further, and mix a drawn element into an actual picture. The black outline makes it a lot harder to make it seem like part of the whole, but I think the end result is nice enough. … Continue reading »

Circadian Contraptions Day 106

As I’ve mentioned I’ve been moving around a lot last week, and at one station, I saw a rather nice looking building, which I managed to get a tilted photo of whilst passing it. Add a bit of magic, and here’s the result

Circadian Contraptions Day 104

Today’s contraption is a special request by a friend of mine, who wanted a button for an LGBT friendly twitch channel, but which also indicated a bit more adult content. For the lgbt part she wanted a rainbow flag, and for the adult part she wanted a black collar with a ring. I’ve combined these … Continue reading »

Circadian Contraptions Day 103

So I kept in theme with yesterday’s picture. When I went to the training in Utrecht this morning I came by an old abandoned building. Using filters, lighting, color curves and a grain effect I think I made this look almost post apocalyptic. I managed to add in my logo as well, though it looses … Continue reading »

Circadian Contraptions Day 99 and 100

It’s time for a late night, double feature, picture show. Which is a fancy way of saying that I completely forget yesterday and making up for it today. Both picture today are animal oriented, although one is a lot clearer than the other in that respect. I took a picture of my sisters young kitten … Continue reading »

Circadian Contraptions day 95

Valentine is upon us, and when looking for inspiration on what to draw today its not long before you come to the “hearts” and “roses”. Not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, I set forth to do thus, but with a little bit of what I hope is a unique and interesting … Continue reading »

Circadian Contraptions Day 93

Keeping with the theme of last night, I decided to work some more on the picture of Saffron. The dark background is not photoshopped, but actually just an empty black trashcan to get the proper setting effect.

Circadian Contraptions Day 92

I’ve always been a little bit intrigued by vector images. If done well, they look awesome, but when you zoom in just a bit too far, they get an abstract quality to them. On one hand there’s a bunch of squiggly lines and areas that are seemingly disconnected and seem to hold no relation with … Continue reading »
