Circadian Contraptions Day 169
Last friday I’ve gone to have dinner at Popocatepetl, a mexican restaurant near here, with a couple of coworkers. The picture you see here, was taken there. A wall full of tiny mirrors, and some nice lighting. Using the raw camera filter I first worked on the mood of the picture, and then i stylized … Continue reading
Circadian Contraptions Day 168
The club I work for in Second Life is undergoing a big remodeling in 2 weeks. To celebrate the re-opening a huge party will be given, with lots of DJ’s and lots of contests. Today I’ve designed the poster for that event.

Pencilneck Pete makes his return. This time digitized, and fully in vector. Why is this important? I can now change his facial features by just moving a few lines, without having to draw the entire thing over and over again.

So the printer is done. Yay. But there’s a small problem still, the auto leveling doesnt seem to work. There’s a z-probe that is supposed to set the ground level for the print, but its not detecting the collision. Here’s the printer in its final form.
Circadian Contraptions Day 165
I’ve gone ahead and went on with assembling my 3d printer today. It is almost finished, but i need some help from support with attaching a couple of the cable that are not described in the manual. Circadian Contraptions Day 164
Last sunday’s day at the beach brought another picture forward that was worth enhancing. My youngest niece was totally engrossed in her chocolate milk. Although that actual obsession with the delicacy is not quite caught on the picture, i still thought it worth doing something with.
Circadian Contraptions Day 163
So today was a day out with the family to the sea. So for today’s contraption is a photo edit on a nice picture I took on the way home.
Circadian Contraptions Day 162
So a couple of days ago I got a lot of drawing supplies. One of the first things i did was color in some of the drawings i made. So here’s the two that turned out best. The color is not quite even yet on the markers, but that’s just practicing with them I’m hoping;) … Continue reading
Circadian Contraptions Day 161
This Saturday I shall be hosting a party at Eden, for which a poster was needed. The results are shown here. A lot of what I have learned over the last few months is incorporated in the creation of it.
