Circadian Contraptions Day 55
I’ll stick with the face a bit longer, this time I’ve tried my hand at drawing a nose. I’m pretty pleased with most of it, the bridge could use a bit of work, but the “bulbous” part of the nose turned out rather as intended.
Circadian Contraptions Day 54
Faces, if you want to draw them property can be quite a hassle. Not only the eyes, but a realistic nose, mouth and ears are pretty hard as well. The hardest due to the weird shape i think is the ears, so that was my focus for today. I’m going to need to draw a … Continue reading
Circadian Contraptions Day 53
A little while back I drew an eye. I did so from the top of my head, no example, just what i thought I’d remember about the eye. It came out, well, not quite what I desired (see day 42) and I promised to try it again, this time with a bit of help from … Continue reading
Circadian Contraptions Day 51
Whilst trying to design a more graffiti like logo, I once again made a too rigid design. A pity, but it’s not useless, I’ve drawn it up in Illustrator and finished up the shadow effects in Photoshop. All three stages included.
Circadian Contraptions Day 44
The little fox here was made with about the simplest tutorial there is. One picture with guidelines, one picture with the end product. Doesn’t come much simpler than that (and still be able to call itself a tutorial).
Circadian Contraptions day 42
I’ve reached the answer to life, the universe and everything it seems.. But what was the question? I guess it’s all in the eye of the beholder. Today’s eye was drawn from the top of my head, no examples, no tutorials, just going with what i know of the human eye. The corners are lacking … Continue reading
Circadian Contraptions Day 41
Circadian Contraption 41 It’s a pony! The base was done through a tutorial, the personalizing was from the top of my head, my own design (so no, dont try to figure out what pony this is 😛 )
Circadian Contraptions day 40
I’ve promised myself to work on hands, and though its not nearly as good as i want it, its loads better than the broken thumb my minion had. More practice, and it might one day be perfect 🙂
Circadian Contraptions Day 39
Circadian Contraption 39 Today’s sketch is a minion. Not much to say except that i really could use some more practice on drawing hands. I guess i should start working on a tutorial for that somewhere this week
Circadian Contraption Day 35
Circadian Contraption 35 A pencil and paper sketch of Dr Seuss’ character The Cat in the Hat.
