I’ve been messing a bit with music today, of a sort. A small little bit of music that keeps repeating, and it reminds me of a timed puzzle game, where the music is trying to spur you on.

Circadian Contraptions Day 114
When I went to Amsterdam on Saturday for the audition, I decided to walk from the station to the studio. Amsterdam has some pretty darn nice buildings, and at times its like you’re walking a bit through the past. That inspired me to make the picture of one of those building look a lot more old fashioned.

It’s late and on a black leather couch a white kitten was sleeping peacefully. not for long though, for no matter how stealthily i got up to take a picture, she still woke up. Still, it made for a pretty picture to manipulate.

Circadian Contraptions Day 112
In the same curiosity box that Inq came in, i got a batch of hydrophobic sand. Which is sand that will not get wet. I made a picture of a drop of water “floating” on top of that sand.
I’ve started editing it without a goal, and just see where I ended up, it turned into a swirly wormhole like tunnel, which I decided to add the falcon to I made last year.

Once again my stuffed animals are seeing a bit more of the world than my room. Inq is a stuffed animal I got from the #vsauce their curiosity box. But a squid does not belong in a living room, but in the sea, so that’s where she took a trip to.

Walking through town today I saw 2 old fashioned statues on the wall of a store. The setting was rather nice, but the characters looked rather grim, so I decided to modify things to give it a bit more character.

Circadian Contraptions Day 109
Recently I got my hands on 2 geodes. With the help of my neighbour we cut them open and made a bunch of slices from them. One has already been made into an actual necklace, but I wanted to do something with the rest of them. Included here is both the amulet I’ve made with Photoshop using the stone, and the original stone for reference

Circadian Contraptions day 108
Today I had a request for helping a friend with a backstory for her roleplaying character. The character is a vampire/werewolf hybrid and the name ended up being “Kali Rowan Phi”. She’s mad with the moon and the Phi ( Φ ) is also the greek letter thats in the place of V and W (Vampire and Werewolf). Not sure if this letter actually stands for both, but it made a nice link to use that symbol in the picture.

Circadian Contraptions Day 107
2 day’s ago I mixed two photographs into a single one, today I wanted to take it one step further, and mix a drawn element into an actual picture. The black outline makes it a lot harder to make it seem like part of the whole, but I think the end result is nice enough.
